How do I join PRFCOSTRA?

You may join PRFCOSTRA by requesting to join our Facebook Page for Pelee Responsible Family Cottage Owners STR Association, if

(a) you are a residential property owner on Pelee Island, 

(b) you currently offer short-term stays at your property,

(c) you/your family uses your property for personal enjoyment, and  

(d) you support self-regulation by owners in accordance with PRFCOSTRA's Code of Conduct and Best Practices.

Is there a fee to join PRFCOSTRA?

There is no 2025 fee to join PRFCOSTRA, which membership fee is assessed yearly and will depend upon initiatives embarked upon. 

Does PRFCOSTRA hold meetings for members?

PRFCOSTRA holds an Annual General Meeting each year, taking place in April when the ferry starts. The AGM will be held by zoom which link will be provided in the Members Portal.

Further meetings may occur through the cottage season, from May to November, as announced. Any in-person meeting will also be available by zoom. Accessibiltiy of meetings to members is central to our principles.
